Cafe Lalo

When it comes to brunch, my favorite places usually are the Aussie (inspired/owned) cafes. Lalo located right on Bayard is not quite over populated with brunch crowd, but it sure is DELICIOUS!

But I am sure soon enough the line will get longer once the word gets out! (since their dinner waits are quite long due to popularity)

So hurry and enjoy your brunch at Lalo before it gets too crowded!

vegan brunch

I've been trying to be healthier by increasing my visits to vegan places.
Today I went to Westville and the food indeed was delicious!

Location: East village 11th st. and Avenue A

What I ate: Avocado Toast & 4 market vegetables (roasted brussel sprouts, artichoke, butternut squash, and plantains)

Definitely will be returning again!

starting the New Year in Spain!

2016. I've been to lots of new amazing countries I fell in love with. This 2017 I'll be in Spain to celebrate the new year and add a stamp to my passport. Follow me here for my adventures :)

Today, the snow storm is in action.... supposed to be a historical storm.. 20-30 inches supposedly. I hope that it does snow that much so I can stay inside, cuddle up with books, netflix, and hot chocolate all day long :D I need couple of days to get myself together and focus on my life. been a bit hazy but now its about ME. 2015. ME. ME. ME.

decided it's time to get back on blogspot for the sake of making my blog the way it used to be. writing your thoughts and sharing your ideas... as much as i love tumblr, i need something to express my individuality in a different way. it's 2015.... been a while since i have been on this site, but i want to start it again and  make blogging what it used to be like back in early 2000s.

current mood: tired and sleepy and wanting this peace of mind... with the special someone just relaxing and enjoying the warmth inside the lodge/cabin and keeping each other company. worrying about nothing but the time you have.. the view.. the clean snow... the coziness among one another.... can't wait to have a vacation like this very soon!!!
